Return & Exchange
1. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
These 7 days include the transit time back to our warehouse.
✔ Condition Requirements
Items must be:

Unworn & Unwashed.

Free from odour, stains, perfume, sweat, or marks.

With all original tags attached.
If the item fails inspection, it will be returned to the customer without approval.
Non-Exchangeable Categories
-
Caps.
-
Underwear.
-
Socks.
-
Hygiene-sensitive items.
2. SIZE EXCHANGE (Customer Size Issue)
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ Exchange Rules
- Exchange is allowed only for the same product in a different size.
- Customer must deliver the old product to OX warehouse using a trusted courier service of their choice.
- Once the item is received and passes inspection, OX will ship the replacement product.
- The delivery/shipping charges for both sending the old product and receiving the replacement will be paid by the customer.
- OX Activewear is not responsible if the parcel given by the customer to the courier company for exchange is lost, delayed, or misplaced before it reaches OX warehouse.
- Exchange Delivery Charges: Rs.299/-
3. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PARCELS
If the parcel arrives to customer damaged or the product inside is faulty,
OX will:
➡️ Replace it with the same product, same size only.
❌ No change of product
❌ No change of color
❌ No upgrade or downgrade in value

Faulty claims must be made within 3 days.
4. SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS
Sale and clearance products are strictly final:
❌ No Exchange.
❌ No Return.
❌ No Refund.
5. PROCESSING TIME

Exchanges take 3–5 days to process after the parcel is received.

During sale season, processing time may take longer.
6. OUT-OF-STOCK EXCHANGE REQUESTS
If your required size or color is unavailable during exchange:
- OX may offer a replacement of equal value.
- The customer may also choose another product of the same price or higher.
- All items must still pass inspection before the exchange is processed.
7. PARCEL RESPONSIBILITY
The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received and checked into OX warehouse.
Always keep your courier receipt for tracking.
