1. What are the shipping charges?

We deliver all across Pakistan.

  • Standard shipping is available across all cities in Pakistan for PKR 299.
  • We also offer free standard shipping on orders above PKR 6,999.

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your city and courier service.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we dispatch it immediately from our base in Pakistan. For major cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) delivery may take 3-4 Business days; for other areas it may take 5-6 Business days. Exact time may depend on courier and location.


3. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes — we offer Hassle-Free returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, and in its original condition with tags.
Please note, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

4. What happens if I’m not available when the courier delivers my order?

If the courier tries delivery and you are not available, they may leave the parcel with a neighbour (with your permission) or reschedule. You’ll get a call/SMS from the courier to coordinate the next step or provide instructions.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we’ll send you a dispatch slip via WhatsApp or email, containing your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order directly on our OX Activewear website.
After successful delivery, your order status will be updated to “Complete.”
